Following his conviction for weapon possession, NY Supreme Court sentenced Mr. F to a five-year prison term. AD1 found the sentence excessive due to CAL’s advocacy and reduced the aggregate sentence to three and one-half years. CAL attorney Robert Hunter represented Mr. W on appeal.
